CHARITABLE STATUS

• In the State of Texas

  The IAGLCWDC was incorporated in Houston Texas on November 12,1993 under Texas Non-Profit Corporation Charter number 01290981-01.

• In the United States

  The IAGLCWDC also has an IRS 501(c)(3) tax exempt status, effective June 22, 2006, and is qualified as a Public Charity under paragraph 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) of the United States Internal Revenue Code to accept tax-deductible contributions under sections 2055, 2106, and 2252 of the Code.

  In accordance with IRS requirements, the following documents are (or will be) made available for public inspection. Placement of these documents here in the public area of our website is deemed by the IRS as fulfillment of this requirement.
